Rotary Club of Vijayawada Midtown operates on transparent financial principles. Refunds are processed only in exceptional cases:

1. 🎟️ Event Refunds

* Full refund: If cancelled by the Club
* Partial refund (on participant cancellation): Not allowed.

2. 💳 Donations & Sponsorships

* Considered voluntary and non-refundable
* Duplicate/failed payments must be reported within 48 hours

3. 👤 Membership Fees

* Admission and annual subscription fees are non-refundable
* Termination of membership does not warrant a refund

4. 🔁 Refund Processing

* Original payment mode only
* Timeline: 7–14 working days
* Subject to validation by Club Finance Team
